Dental Instrument Loan
IMR has an inventory of two surgical instrument sets available for rental to licensed professionals. A major credit card (Visa, MasterCard) is required before these instruments will be loaned. Applicants are responsible for usage fees, shipping charges, and the safe return of ALL instruments loaned.
We must have on file the completed IMR Policy Statement, IMR Instrument Loan Policy, and a copy of your current license before instruments will be shipped. Requests for kits are filled on a first come, first served basis.
All applicants must return the IMR Instruments sterilized, minus any organic debris, and in the condition in which you received them. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in an assessment of a clean up charge of $100.
The surgical set rental fee is $5/day. Daily usage fees are calculated from the day shipped through the day received back to IMR. For example, a surgical set for 10 days=$50 plus shipping. Avoid extra costs by returning the instruments ASAP upon your return home, which also makes these sets available quickly for the next team needing them. Please return IMR Instrument Kits by UPS, DHL, or FEDEX and insure them for $2800.00 to:

An evaluation of the condition of the instruments will be completed upon their receipt; the cost of shipping, replacement, and clean up (if necessary) will be deducted from your credit card if these charges are applicable. PLEASE DO NOT USE CLOROX or BLEACH PRODUCTS on IMR instruments as these are corrosive to the metal. You are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged instruments. When shipping the kit, please package carefully to avoid damage.
