This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you engage with IMR—whether by donating, volunteering, participating in our programs, or visiting any of our websites, including internationalmedicalrelief.org and related subdomains.

By visiting our sites or sharing information with us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We may share your information only under the following limited circumstances:

  1. Trusted Service Providers:
IMR engages carefully selected companies to process donations, send mail or email, host donor databases, manage digital advertising, or provide analytics.
These vendors are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and may use data only for IMR-authorized purposes.
  2. Nonprofit Collaboration:
IMR does not sell donor lists.
In limited cases, to reduce fundraising costs, we may exchange a small portion of our mailing list with select nonprofit organizations under confidentiality agreements.
You may opt out of such exchanges anytime by emailing hello@internationalmedicalrelief.org or calling 970-635-0110.
  3. Legal Requirements:
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government order, or when necessary to protect IMR’s rights or operations.
  4. International Transfers:
Because IMR operates globally, your data may be transferred or stored outside your country. We ensure these transfers meet recognized international safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or GDPR adequacy frameworks.
