Odds of Winning & Drawing
Odds of winning are based upon the total number of eligible entries received by 11:59 PM MST on January 31, 2027.
The winner will be selected using an online random name selector on Monday, February 8, 2027, at 9:00 AM MST and announced on the IMR Facebook page.
Winner Notification
The winner will also be notified by phone, email, and/or mail. If IMR receives no response to a phone call or email within 30 days of the drawing, the winner will be notified by U.S. Postal Service certified mail, return receipt requested.
The notification will identify the prize won, provide a contact person’s telephone number, and include information regarding how the winner may claim the prize.
If the winner fails to claim the prize within 30 days of receiving notification, IMR will retain the prize and may offer it in another drawing.
The Prize
The winning entry has no cash value and may be redeemed for participation in one International Medical Relief medical mission trip during the 2027 calendar year.
The Free Trip Includes:
Expenses incurred from the time the winner arrives at the designated team meeting point in the destination country until the winner separates from the team or the team arrives at the departure airport. These expenses include:
- In-country transportation
- Lodging during the scheduled mission
- Meals during the scheduled mission
- Clinic-related costs
- Tips for services provided to the IMR team
- Mission logistics
- Translation services
- Security, as needed
The Free Trip Does NOT Include:
Domestic or international airfare to or from the destination country; passport, visa, transit or baggage fees; overnight accommodations or meals while in transit; required or recommended travel insurance, vaccinations or medications; spending money, souvenirs or personal purchases; required or desired mission supplies, personal equipment or gifts; lodging, meals or transportation outside the scheduled team mission; or costs associated with transporting medical supplies for the deployment.
Additional Terms
All standard IMR trip requirements regarding applications, forms, deadlines, eligibility and other applicable restrictions remain in effect.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to win. Employees of International Medical Relief are not eligible to win.
